Steg and Maxine

Steg came by the booth at the Long Beach swap today, so we chatted about this and that for awhile. One of the things we talked about was how Maxine's clutch has always been a bit of a handful. Especially since he rebuilt the motor back in April. It's got all sorts of wizardry going on in there now. As if to prove a point, when he took off he lurched forward and went straight through the vendors table next to us knocking bike parts all over the place. It didn't faze him one bit. He was still saying hello to friends, laughing and apologising to the guy whose booth he just destroyed while he was backing the bike up. He went off again this time narrowly missing a truck and some bystanders as Maxine leapt into action. Mental.
